Do i need insurance to drive with a learners permit in Mass?

I just got my learners permit yesterday and i was wondering if i could drive my parents car/cars (obviously with them, as is the law) without auto insurance. Am i covered under them? Thanks! =)

Ray

With a learners permit you are covered under the licensed driver, But when you are licensed you have to be on the insurance. But, Double check with the insurance provider.
