How much does auto insurance drop at 25?

I turned 25 a couple of months ago and it looks like my auto insurance only dropped $1.81/month. Isn'-t it supposed to be more of a discount than that? I have a clean record, no accidents or tickets.

Mom

Not necessarily. It also depends on what kind of car, coverages, and where you are located.=)

Entidtil

Yes, it should have dropped more than that. The only way to know for sure is to get some quotes from other insurers and compare premiums. Have you asked your insurance company why it only dropped so little?Have you considered paying for 6 months or a year? Paying monthly is always more expensive.
