Is it possible to take your learners permit/license test at AAA?

i am wondering if you can take your learners permit and license test at AAA auto club? i know you can renew your license and other things that you normally get done at a DMV.

Nope. ONLY DMV's can administer tests and grant you licenses. What does a private insurance agency have anything to do with a government regulated license?
