Is there anything to worry about when taking a car from Nevada to IIllinois?

It'-s from Las Vegas to Aurora, Illinois. The car has spent all it'-s time in Nevada. It'-s a very expensive 1969 muscle car. Any special considerations?

1st thing is to get auto insurance on it. I am guessing you live in IL and bought the car in NV? So before moving it, call up your insurance company and add to your policy. They will need to know the make/model/year and the VIN #. Since you state an expensive muscle car, you most likely will want full coverage. Then after you get into IL, most likely have up to 30 days? to register the car there. But suggest you call the DMV, since it could be much less.good luck

Why would the Bush government let the auto-makers bankrupt?
The difference is the presence of the UAW. As long as they are uncooperative and unwilling to realize they are overpaid and part of the problem we will have difficulty with a bailout. In order for a bailout to pass the Big 3 need to present a viable plan for continued operations. That is...
