I work for an Insurance agent. My job is to send out premiums (bills) to costumers and mortgage companies. Send costumers copy of policies. make changes to autos, quote homes and autos, and Office duties such as file, fax, phones. My boss forgets everything so when he asks me did you do....... last month I have to dig through a my stuff before I can give him an answer. What works for you
