is husband responsible to carry auto insurance on sperated wife if the policy ends in april. he already has another policy in place for himself. divorce proceedings are ongoing. he is planning on just letting the other policy run out and let his sperated wife get her own


If the car is in Your name, the insurance is Your responsibility. If the car is in His name,just be glad that he is letting You use it.
